A spacious addition to the home

About Project

Our client required more space within the home for a larger kitchen, of which we advised a single-storey extension would add a considerable amount of space as well as value onto the property. The client already had an existing conservatory which looked outdated and did not function in the manner that they required. After taking special requirements into consideration, the JVH team designed and planned the extension project.

The first step was to build the extension itself, which included windows and french doors along the wall facing out onto the garden, and two large skylights to add natural light into the room. Once the extension had been built, we then proceeded with electrical and plumbing work before fitting the kitchen fixtures.

The client decided that they wanted a clean white, grey and black kitchen for a modern and sophisticated look. The team then went ahead and fitted bespoke kitchen units chosen by the client, which consisted of two ovens and glossy cupboards. This simplistic yet modern design looks stunning in their new extension, and the client couldn’t be happier with the end result.
